Zucchini Tulum Cheese Pastry

 20 pieces of puff dough
 6 pieces of zucchini
 400 g Karlıdağ Tulum Cheese
 2 dry onions
 0.25 bundle of parsley
 0.25 bundle of dill
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 teaspoon of black pepper
 0.50 tea glass of olive oil
 2 eggs
 sesame and black cumin

Peel the zucchini and grate it coarsely.

Grate Karlıdağ tulum cheese into a separate bowl.

Chop the onions into small pieces, finely chop the dill and parsley.

In a medium pan, heat the olive oil and fry the onions until the colour changes. Add the grated zucchini and fry on a low heat for about five minutes until the water is drained.

Add the dill, parsley and grated tulum cheese, mix well, add salt and pepper, stir a few times, then remove it from the por, your stuffing mix is ready.

Spread the previously thawed puff dough well, place enough mix in the middle, fold them inwards from all four sides.

Place the baking paper on the tray and spread the eggs on it and optionally add sesame and black cumin.

Cook it at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, serve hot. Bon appétit.
