For the dough, pour the flour into the kneading cup by sifting.
Open the middle like a pool and add 1 package of yeast, 1 dessert spoon of sugar, ½ tablespoon of salt and 4 tablespoons of olive oil, slowly add the warm water and start kneading from the outside in. Make sure that the dough is not too juicy. After kneading for 10 minutes, you will see that it is non-sticky.

Grind 6 cloves of garlic well at the mortar and add to the mixture, then add the black pepper and half a teaspoon of salt if you wish, and mix well.
Apply the mixture well on the dough and spread it well with your hands.
Place the Karlıdağ Dil (String) Cheese on the dough.
Then decorate your dough relatively evenly with chopped mushrooms, sliced tomatoes and olives, and basil leaves.
Sprinkle the thyme on top and let it cook for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Bon appétit.
