Homemade Buns With String Cheese

 200 g Karlıdağ String Cheese
 1 glass of Karlıdağ Milk
 1 glass of water
 1 glass of vegetable oil
 1 pack of fresh yeast
 2 tablespoons of sugar
 1 dessert spoon of salt
 6 glasses of flour
 1 teaspoon of sesame
 1 teaspoon of black cumin

In a deep container you will use for the dough, leave 1 glass of warm water, 1 glass of Karlıdağ milk, a packet of fresh yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar for about 10 minutes until it dissolves.

Then add 6 glasses of flour (sifting through the flour prevents aggregation). You will take the essence of all the ingredients and get a piece of dough that will not stick to your hands.

Let the dough wait at room temperature for 1 hour or in an oven that is pre-heated and switched off for 10 minutes and let it rise and rest.

Then cut the dough into palm-sized pieces and add Karlıdağ String Cheese and cover the lumps with egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame- black cumin as desired.

Wait 15 minutes and put it in the 180 C oven. After 20 minutes, your soft puff (crack) buns are ready. Bon appétit.
