 250 g of Karlıdağ Unsalted Butter
 3.5 glasses of flour
 2 glasses of Karlıdağ Milk
 1.5 glasses of sugar
 Half a tea glass of vegetable oil

First of all, to make the sauce: Place Karlıdağ milk and sugar in a deep bowl. Then, dissolve the two by stirring.

Put Karlıdağ unsalted butter and vegetable oil in a large pot and dissolve them.

Then, add the flour and fry it by stirring it continuously with a wooden spoon over medium heat, when the flour absorbs the oil and releases it back, and when it darkens, it means it is fried. Bake it until roasted.

Then take it from the stove and pour the sauce you prepared beforehand and mix it quickly and close the lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
